DISTRICT NAME & NUMBER: OLD DOMINION DISTRICT, 24 GEOGRAPICAL EXPLANATION: SOUTHERN FAIRFAX COUNTY -CENTRAL 
District Boundaries: This district is the area contained within the boundary described as follows: Beginning at the point where the boundary of the City of Alexandria intersects Route 7 the District boundary is coincident with the County of Fairfax boundary as it proceeds Northwesterly until the County of Fairfax boundary intersects Route 50. The District boundary follows Route 50 Westerly to the point approximately 1200 feet West of Gallows Road where the Route 50 service roads rejoin Route 50, which is the 1997-98 attendance boundary between Woodson High School and Falls Church High School. The District boundary then follows the Woodson Falls Church 1997-98 attendance boundary to Route 236, specifically, a straight line from the point approximately 1200 feet West of Gallows Road where the Route 50 service road rejoin Route 50, Southwesterly to the intersection of Accotink Creek and (unnamed) Creek, then Southeasterly, along Accotink Creek to a line extended Northeasterly past the end of Winterset Drive, then South along Winterset Drive to 236. The District boundary then proceeds West along Route 236 to Wakefield Chapel Road, then South along Wakefield Chapel Road to Braddock Road, then East along Braddock to Accotink Creek. It then follows Accotink Creek Southernly and Easterly to the Norfolk Southern Railway tracks, then West along the tracks to the Virginia Power Company power line. It then proceeds Southwesterly along the power lines to the Occoquan River coincident with the County of Fairfax/Prince William boundary to interstate 95. It then follows interstate 95 Northerly to Pohick Rd, then Southeasternly along Pohick Road to the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railway (RF&P) tracks, then follows the RF & P RR tracks Northeasterly to the intersection of a line extended South (azimuth 180 degrees) from the point approximately 700 feet North of the Norfolk Southern Railway tracks where the Alexandria boundary turns to a Northeasterly direction. At this point the District boundary continues North to the City of Alexandria, then Northerly and Northeasterly along the boundary of the City of Alexandria to the point where the City of Alexandria boundary intersects Route 7.
