Trail Service Opportunities In the Quantico / Stafford / Fredericksburg areas, the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC) is responsible for trails maintenance at Prince William Forest Park (PWFP) near Triangle. Most of the local BSA units make use of the camping and hiking resources at PWFP. If your Scouting unit is interested in giving back to a "local outdoor jewel" by learning about trail maintenance and assisting in the maintenance of trails in the local area, or if your Eagle Scout candidate is looking for an outdoor related Eagle Scout project (depending on the project, the National Park Service may supply all necessary materials), please contact Mark Ellis, Co-District Manager ? PATC, mark.ellis21@comcast.net or (703) 376-4150. Or, if you'd like to speak to an Aquia District Scout leader who is also a PATC trail overseer to get more information, feel free to contact: Mark Ellis, Troop 26, Overseer for Turkey Run Ridge Tr ? PWFP, (703) 376-4150, mark.ellis21@comcast.net Dario Izquierdo, Crew 1221, Overseer for Chopawamsic Tr - PWFP, izuierdo3@comcast.net
