International Committee of the NCAC The International Committee of the NCAC is THE place for Scouts and Scouters interested travel to points abroad as well as a source of knowledge for our brother Scouts from overseas looking to visit the National Capital Area Council. The International Committee meets every othermonth on the third Thursday at 7:30 pm at the Marriott Scout ServiceCenter. .
