The Bill of Rights Institute is excited to announce the launch of their BRAND NEW Eagle Scout Competition. The competition is open to high school students who are Eagle Scouts, or Life Scouts who are planning or implementing their Eagle Scout project. The competition asks applicants to answer several questions tied to the Citizenship and the Nation merit badge and their Eagle Scout project for a chance to win $1,000! The winner can choose to receive the prize either entirely as a scholarship, or as a combination of scholarship and funding to put towards his Eagle Scout project. As a bonus, the winner’s unit will receive $500! The deadline is Sunday, February 10, 2013. Apply online at www.billofrightsinstitute.org/eaglescout.
