Now, developments in electronic media offer forums such as email, instant messaging, web pages, and digital photos to add to the arsenal. Computers, cell phones, and PDAs are current tools that are being used to conduct an old practice. Forms of cyberbullying can range in severity from cruel or embarrassing rumors to threats, harassment, or stalking. It can affect any age group; however, teenagers and young adults are common victims, and cyberbullying is a growing problem in schools. Why has cyberbullying become such a problem?

Occoquan District Scouts in Action

Recently six boys and three parents from Troop 1390, Dale City, VA attended Florida's High Adventure Sea Base Scuba Diving Camp.  In addition, they took an extra day to enjoy some parasailing and a very adventurous (stuck on a broken air boat during a thunderstorm) trip in the Florida Everglades.

They had lots of fun on their 11 dives, including one night dive.  Below are some of the many photos that were taken during the week in Florida. This is High Adventure!!
