This NCAC CSP remembers the 2001 National Scout Jamboree held at , Virginia, July 23 through August 1, 2001. The Jamboree provided a once-in-a-lifetime experience for approximately 40,000 Scouts and leaders that attended.

The patch features an American Flag background, the jamboree's theme: 'Strong Values, Strong Leaders' across the bottom, and the NCAC Logo: The American flag colored fleur-de-lis inside the Capitol's Dome.
