The National Capital Area Council was one of the very first BSA councils chartered. This special CSP recognizes and celebrates our 100 years of service to youth. NCAC was chartered at the Willard Hotel in Washington, DC on June 21, 1911.

This is an official NCAC CSP and may be worn on the BSA uniform.
