2012 Amangamek-Wipit Lodge Fellowship

When: March 16-18, 2012

Where: Camp William B. Snyder, Haymarket, VA 

Who: ALL members of Amangamek-Wipit Lodge 470 (all participants must have paid current dues) 

Why: Great Fellowship, Awesome Feast, Games, Training, Vigil rededication and breakfast, Centennial Brotherhood Conversion and Unbelievable Excitement that you don’t want to miss!

What to bring: The Order of the Arrow is the Honor Camping Society for BSA, so we will be camping. Chapters will be grouped in designated camp sites by area. Bring your tent (chapter members are encouraged to buddy up where possible, age guidelines MUST be followed, i.e. under 18, 18 to 21, and 21 or over), sleeping bag and other camp necessities for a typical weekend camp outing. 

Activities:

• Training sessions for all arrowmen, youth and adult during the morning on Saturday.
• Ceremonies team competitions for Pre-ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil to determine which teams will represent the lodge at the NE-6A Section Conclave in June.
• Competitions will be held during the morning and afternoon.
• Games/competitions will be held during the afternoon.
• Service project for youth and adults will take place in the afternoon constructing “Notice Boards” in the camp sites.
• Election of 2012-2013 Lodge officers will be held on Saturday evening. Arrowmen interested in running for Lodge Chief, Lodge Vice Chief, Lodge Vice Chief for Administration & Communication, Lodge Vice Chief for Finance & Membership, or one of the five Lodge Area Chiefs (DC/Maryland South, MD North, VA Central, VA South, or VA West). Need to submit to the Lodge Adviser or bring with them a Candidacy Petition Form.

Registration cost is $35.00 for the weekend.
