About Us

Western Shore District became a district on June 2, 2004 from dividing up what was the Southern Maryland District. The new district is made up of all the units within Calvert and Saint Mary's counties in Maryland. This area continues to have a growing population due largely to the expansion of  Naval Air Station Patuxent River.
