Online Internet Advancement

Click here for the Online Internet Advancement Page on the NCAC site. This is the location to begin your recording of the advancement of the scouts in your Pack, Troop or Crew. You should complete an advancement report at least once a month when advancemnts are achieved.

Click here for PPT presentation (in PDF format (3MB)) that was presented as Elective 129 at the NCAC University of Scouting outlining the procedures, details and screen captures for the Internet Advancement program.

Please follow the prompts if you have not previously registered. You will need your "Journey to Excellence" or "Good Turn For America" number.

Troops, Packs & Crews!!  Now is the time to submit your advancements using the online Internet Advancement program. Following this link will take you to the web page where you can begin the online process. There is information on that page to help you to complete the task. If you're having trouble, contact Rick Kessel at gfdadv@yahoo.com and I'll try and work through your problem.

Remember that Troops and Crews should be submitting advancement reports on a monthly basis and Packs on a quarterly basis. YOUR accurate recording of advancement could mean the difference of whether your scout will earn Eagle or not. Do you know one of the primary reasons a scout does not attain the rank of Eagle Scout? An adult did not keep accurate records.

Note: The NCAC provided each unit with a "unit ID", and this "unit ID" number is the same number as your unit Good Turn for America Unit ID. If you do not know this unit ID number, contact me, the NCAC Program Department at 301-530-9360 or Duane Armstrong our District Executive at duane.armstrong@scouting.org or 301-214-9133.

If you have any questions, please contact  Rick Kessel (Chairman) at gfdadv@yahoo.com or Dick Holcomb (Vice-Chair) at rsholcomb@verizon.net.
