Activities & Civic Service Committee The Activities and Civic Service Committee supports Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Varsity Teams, and Venturing Crews, through their Districts, in the planning, promotion, and operation of multi-unit events. To that end, the NCAC A&CS committee ensures all units are afforded the opportunity to participate in at least one Display event, one Competitive Skills event, one Civic Service activity, and one Scouting Anniversary event each calendar year.

To achieve these goals, the NCAC A&CS committee is comprised of the following individuals: Each District's Activities and Civic Service Chairman, a Civic Service Coordinator (also responsible for Scouting For Food), a Scouting Anniversary Coordinator, an International Scouting Coordinator, a Venturing Coordinator, a Regional “Scouting in Action” Coordinator (replaces Scouting on the Mall), a Shooting Sports Coordinator, an Aquatics Coordinator, a Surveys Working Group, Resources Workign Group, and a Program Launch Coordinator. Activities & Civic Service Supports If you have a question about what the NCAC Activities and Civic Service Committee does or how we can help you at the unit level, please talk to your District Activities and Civic Service Committee Chairman first.
