NCAC Venturing Roundtables/Forums

Each district has been asked to identify a Venturing Coordinator whose job includes being the chief proponent and champion of the Venturing program in the District, encouraging a viable Venturing program by example, working with the district organization to promote  Venturing, helping start new units and increase membership, and establishing Roundtables and other training to facilitate the Venturing program.

Bull Run District
The Bull Run District Venturing Roundtable is held at Stonewall Jackson Sr. High School on the second Thursday of the month.  The Venturing RT Commissioner is Rob Hoitt  , 603-703-1674

Chain Bridge District (Arlington County & McLean, VA)
Venturing Roundtable" meets from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Arlington LDS Chapel, 1600 N. Inglewood Ave., Arlington, VA. on the 2nd Tuesday of  the month from Sept. thru Jun.   Annual Scouting Show for Venturers on 2nd Tuesday in May.  Chain Bridge Venturing RT Commissioner: Carl F. Stout

Goose Creek District Venturing Forum
The Goose Creek Venturing Forum meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 7:30 – 9pm, at Leesburg United Methodist Church (107 W Market St, Leesburg, VA 20175). Our Venturing Officers Cabinet (aka: Teen Leaders Council) is held simultaneously for our District Venturing Youth Officers. All Venturers are welcome to attend.

Mattaponi District
Venturing Roundtables meet at 7:30 PM on the 2^nd Thursday of every month at the First Christian Church, 1501 Washington Ave. Fredericksburg (From I95, East on Rt. 3. Turn left at Confederate Cemetery and FreeLance Star Newspaper onto Washington Ave. Go through red blinking light on Washington Ave., past Kenmore Plantation and go 2 more blocks. The church is on the right. It's the only Church on Washington Ave. Enter from parking lot.)

Montgomery District  Venturing Roundtables meet the second Thursday of each month starting at 7:30 PM, at the Gaithersburg Presbyterian Church, 610 S Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD.

Old Dominion District 2nd Thursday of every month at 8:00 P.M. (except July) Thomas Jefferson High School 6560 Braddock Road Alexandria, VA. Our district  Venturing Officer Association Meeting is held on the same evenings at the same location and time.

Patriot District
Venturing Roundtable meets on the second Thursday of even number months at LDS Wakefield Ward Annandale Stake (4911 Ox Road "Route123" Fairfax, VA 22032) The LDS Ward is across Ox Road from St. George UMC and next door to Salvation Army.  8:00pm to 9:00pm
A Venturing Teen Leader Council Meeting is held on the same evenings at the same location and time.

Powhatan District
Powhatan District has a Venturing Roundtable breakout at their regular RT, second Thursday of the month, in the months of September, December, February and April,  8 to 9:20 PM, Franklin LDS Chapel, 2727 Centreville Road, Herndon, VA 20171-3509 (ADC Map 5-C8)

Prince George's District
Prince George's District Venturing Roundtable is held quarterly (Sept, Dec, Mar, Jun) at 7:30pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the LDS Church 11525 Prospect Hill Rd, Glenn Dale, MD.   Youth leaders are encouraged to attend.

Washington, DC District
The Roundtable is held on the Second Tuesday of each month located at Southeastern University, 501 I (Eye) Street SW, Washington, DC 20024.  The entrance to the University is on 6th and I Street. 7:30- 9:00 PM .  Venturing leaders are encouraged to attend the council Venturing Forum.

Zekiah District
Roundtables are held on the second Wednesday of every month at the Izaak Walton League, 4200 Gardiner Road, Waldorf, MD 20601 from 7:00-9:00 PM.  Venturing Roundtables are held as a breakout session starting at approximately 8:00 PM.  Youth leaders are invited.
