Mission Impact (formerly called "district operations") refers to the leadership and operation of Districts to fulfill the mission of the Council. The Council Vice President for Mission Impact and the Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP's) for Mission Impact train and support District Chairmen who with their District Commissioner and District Executive (the District “Key3”) lead their districts to fulfill the mission of Scouting within their respective Districts.
