Venturing Crews Chartered by the LDS Church The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) uses the Venturing program for their boys in their Young Men Program (ages 16 thru 17). Although the Venturing program can be coed, a LDS Venturing Crew is comprised of males only.
