Come out to an old-fashioned hoe down! This year’s Day camp theme is Wild Western Adventures. Pan for Gold, learn how a telegraph works, then build a working one! Learn roping, enjoy an old-fashioned carnival, learn to handle the cold-blue steel of a BB-Gun, become a "dead eye" at Archery and Sling Shots, participate in up to four sports, earn belt loops! All this awaits Cub Scouts at this year’s Goose Creek District Day Camp at Morven Park in Leesburg. Camp runs Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm with a half day on Friday. Siblings are welcome.

Can’t get to Day Camp? Goose Creek District offers the only Twilight camp in the Council. The boys will shoot BB-Guns, Archery, Sling Shots and learn a Scout craft. Twilight camp is held Monday – Thursday from 6:30 pm until dusk.

We’re always looking for volunteers. Volunteers who work a full week at camp earn a free child credit for the camp.
