Venturing Roundtables are held quarterly. Crew advisors will be given details prior to the meetings. Teen Leader Council Meeting:
Each Venturing Crew is asked to send at least one Youth representative to the TLC. This group helps to plan the district-level Venturing program (activities, recruiting events, new Crew support, etc.). Commissioner Staff meetings are held at 7:30 PM, the second Tuesday of each month at the LDS Wakefield Ward Annandale Stake. District Committee Meetings:
District committee meetings are held at 7:30 PM, the fourth Tuesday of each month at St. Stephen's United Methodist Church, 9203 Braddock Road, Burke, VA. All District Scouters are welcome to attend the District Committee Meetings.
