District Roundtable:

Colonial District Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Varsity Scout Roundtables are held concurrently at 7:30 PM on the second Wednesday of each month (except in July) at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, on the southwest corner of Fort Hunt Road and Collingwood Road in the Mount Vernon District of Fairfax County (about five miles south of Exit 177A on the Capitol Beltway in Virginia).

Venturing Forums are held once a quarter, on the following months: September, December, March, and June. Time and location concurrent with regular monthly Roundtables. Venturing youth are encouraged to attend.

All Scout leaders are encouraged to attend the Roundtable appropriate for the Units they serve. The Midway begins at 7:30; Boy Scout/Varsity Scout and Cub Scout sessions breakout seperately at 8:00PM. Roundtable ends approximately at 9:00PM.
