The Blue Blaze
District Newsletter of the Catoctin Mountain District Est. July 2003 Editor: Linda Sundergill The Blue Blaze, the newsletter for the Catoctin Mountain District, Boy Scouts of America, was established in July 2003 when our new District was formed. The purpose of the newsletter is to keep the District Scouting leaders informed about activities, policies and opportunities related to Scouting in our District and Council. It is also a forum for units to report on activities that they have done or plan to do.
