What makes a Trained Leader?

The Adult Application you signed had a list of required training on it's inside cover.  For Venturing Advisors, Associate Advisors and Committee Members, you must complete Youth Protection Training: Venturing, Venturing Leader Specific Training and Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills (IOLS is only required if your Crew has an outdoor component).
