INFORMATION UPDATE with CHANGE in SCHEDULE, 3/17/2013
The 2013 Spring Camporee, Pioneering Roundup is right around the corner and the final preparations are in full swing. As of this point, we cannot add anyone at all to the rosters and after today NO CHANGES can be made to patrols or rosters.

CHANGE IN SCHEDULE
Please be aware that there has been a change to the Friday night schedule. Because of the large volume of Scouts we must get through safety training, we will be running 5 rifle sessions and 1 pistol session (for Venturers). Please make sure you get into the safety briefing as soon as you arrive or there may not be space for you in a later briefing. If your Scouts don't get the safety briefing they cannot shoot on Saturday! Venturers must take both a rifle and pistol safety briefing.

LAST CAMPOREE PLANNING MEETING
The final camporee planning meeting will be taking place Sunday, 17 March from 1600-1800 hours at the Thurmont Conservation and Sportsman's Club at the end of Hunt Club Rd. in Thurmont. If you are helping with the camporee in any capacity, please try to be there! Thank you.
