8:00-8:45 a.m. Units sign in; assemble by units in cafeteria
8:45-9:00 a.m. Opening remarks and expectations, special announcements
9:00 a.m.-Noon Merit Badge sessions
12:00-1:00p.m. Lunch Break
1:00-4:00 p.m. Merit Badge sessions
4:00-5:00 p.m. Wrap up, Counselors check out, (no closing planned), room inspection
