Who should attend: All AVPs and District: Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Commissioners, Membership Chairmen, Finance Chairmen, VC-Program Impact, Activities & Civic Service Chairmen, Advancement & Recognition Chairmen, Leadership Training Chairmen, Venturing Officer Association President/Advisor, Sea Scout Boatswain/Skipper, Camping Representatives and Health & Safety Representatives.
Purpose: The purpose of these two workshops is to help district-level volunteers fully understand what’s expected of them in their new role and to help us develop ideas for programs which will help to achieve the goals of the NCAC Strategic Plan.
