Dates to remember:

"Early Bird" payment: March 22, 2013 ($50) due for Goshen hat incentive.

Goshen early payment deadline: April 26, 2013 (Youth: $315 / Adult: $240)

Regular camp payment deadline:  May 31, 2013 (Youth: $345 / Adult: $260)

At-camp payment:  After May 31st (Youth: $370 / Adult: $280)

Transportation fee:  $42 (for those riding the Goshen bus or using troop-provided transportation)

Checks and major credit cards accepted:  payable to "Troop 164 - BSA"

Required Parent/Scout Organizational Meeting:  Wednesday, May 29, 2013, 7:30-8:45pm

Location - Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Parish Hall, 830 23rd Street South, Arlington, VA

Purpose - To identity scout & parent expectations for advancement and merit badge goals while at camp, discussion of the patrol method and expected scout behavior, payment of fees, and submission of required medical forms and waivers.  Note:  a doctor-signed BSA medical form is required for summer camp.
