PATRIOT CHAPTER SPRING ORDEAL

The Fall Ordeal and Fellowship for the PATRIOT CHAPTER will be held the Weekend of 12 - 14 October at Camp Snyder in Haymerket, VA.  All members and remaining candidates are invited to participate. 

Please bring

• Tent
• Sleeping Bag
• Layers of clothing -- it may be warm; it may be cold
• Water bottle
• Work Gloves for service projects
• Food will be provided
• Class A uniform;

Please bring this Payment Stub with you along with a copy of parts A and C of the Health and Medical Record, and Activity Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian -- or yourself if you are over 18.   BSA Medical Form

Candidates, please arrive at Camp Snyder between 7:00 and 9:00 PM

Members:  Set-up will begin at 4:00, please arrive as early as possible to help with the set-up.

Please bring a filled-in copy of the following form to the event and e-mail the Chapter Adviser at Patriot.oa.adviser@verizon.net
