Presidential Inauguration Unit Registration

This form is for use ONLY by units invited to participate in the upcoming Presidential Inauguration activities.  Before starting the registration process be sure you have the following information for each participant.

• Name
• Address
• Phone (parent's if youth)
• Email Address (parent's if youth)
• Age
• Unit Type and number
• Tunic Size (all adult sizes) (the tunic is similar to a vest)
  • Sizes are: Small-Large, XL and XXL 

A maximum of 10 youth and 2 leaders can be registered. Each registrant will add $30 to the registration. This fee covers the Inauguration package for each person. (NON-REFUNDABLE)
