Our council's Strategic Long-Range Plan 2008-2012 is not a bookshelf item. In fact, a great many of the goals outlined in it have already been started or fully implemented. Mattaponi District  
The Mattaponi District is part of the National Capital Area Council (NCAC) of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). The Mattaponi District includes: The City of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, King George, and Caroline counties.

Number of Scouts: 2,184
