How do I create a member Logon?
New Users or Members can click LOGON and select create a new PROFILE
How do I change my email address? (for NewsFlash or other emails)
- If you are receiving NewsFlash, you already have a Member LOGON.
- If you know your User ID and Password, click LOGON, sign on, click the PROFILE tab then change your email address in your profile.
- If you don't know your User ID or Password, click LOGON, click the "If you forgot your USERID and password" option, and follow the instructions.
NOTE: do not click "create a new profile" – this will create a second profile in the system and you will not change your old email address.
If for some reason this procedure doesn't work click CONTACT USER SUPPORT below and include both your old and new email address in your message.
How do I get a new password if I have forgotten my user ID or password?
Click Logon above and choose "forgot your user ID and Password".
How do I see my profile and elist subscriptions?
Click on "the my information" which appears toward the top of the web page. If "my information" doesn't appear, logon again and it should appear.
When I click LOGON why do I see my elist subscriptions rather than a LOGON page?
This means you are already logged on.
Why can't I log on, I created a profile and set my password?
The system may have assigned you a different user ID than you think. Click LOGON above and click on the forgot password link.
How do I change my elist subscriptions?
Logon and click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab on the page, or click FEATURES and then “my information”.
How can I be completely deleted from the system?
Please contact user support with your request.
NOTE: checking the email opt-out box on emails sent by the system does not completely delete you from the system database and you could still receive and email or hardcopy mail now and again. Only user support can completely delete you from the system database.
