Individuals over the age of 18 who have the desire and background to counsel for a merit badge should send:

• a complete Merit Badge Counselor Information form;
• an adult application; and,
• proof of completion of Youth Protection Training

to the District Merit Badge Dean at nickm@nist.gov.
