The Occoquan Chapter performs Arrow of Light ceremonies for Cub Scout packs. 

We traditionally perform a Four Winds ceremony but can perform any ceremony of your choosing. 

The Four Winds ceremony takes about fifteen minutes to perform, longer if there are more Arrow of Light recipients. 

We prefer to allow the Cub Scouts to take pictures with the ceremonialist immediately following the presentation of their award. 

This allow the Cub Scouts to take their pictures while in their complete Cub Scout uniform and not in a mix of Boy Scout and Cub Scout uniforms. 

However, this is your Pack’s ceremony and we will accommodate your wishes.
