Troops and Teams are encouraged to schedule their elections with the Chapter between December and May.  Units are encouraged to conduct their elections early to ensure the youth can be properly recognized at the Spring Camp-o-ree. Please ask your Troop's Order of the Arrow Representative to contact the Vice-Chief of Inductions or the Chapter Advisor.  Scoutmaster and Team Leaders are reminded that all Youth (those under 21) are able to vote in the Unit’s elections.  If a Scoutmaster or Team Leader wishes to avoid have new Scouts vote in their Unit’s elections, those elections must be schedule prior to the new Scouts joining.

The Council and Lodge require time to process adult nominations.  Adult nominations take at least 30 days to process.  We need the unit’s help to recognize adults timely by submitting those names as early as possible.  Adults must meet the same criteria as the youth and the Units may nominate one adult per 50 registered youth.  Additional information can be found [HERE].
