BSA's Centennial  1910-2010
A purpose-driven 100th Anniversary Celebration
Scouting in Action,
A Century of Values

Welcome to the NCAC Centennial Camporee Registration Page

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED, EXISTING REGISTRATIONS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED. NO ADDITIONAL MEALS MAY BE PURCHASED, AND NO "ON-SITE" REGISTRATIONS CAN BE DONE.

Our team of volunteers has prepared exciting programs for our Cubs (and families), Webelos, Boy Scouts and Venturers. You will be challenged physically, mentally, and emotionally. We guarantee that you will come away with memories of this 100th birthday party that you will cherish for the rest of your life!

Be prepared! Because of the complexity of the programs and offerings, we want you to be fully prepared before you click the “Register” button. We strongly suggest that you read this page, then print the Registration Instructions. Read the instructions which are designed for you to note your unit information PRIOR to starting your online registration.

General Information for All Units
  • IMPORTANT: All Registrations and Future Modifications Must be Done AS A UNIT by ONE UNIT POC:  A "POC" (point of contact) must be selected by each unit to handle all registrations. Any correspondence will be handled through this POC only, and all future "registration modifications" to add pparticipants must be done by this POC.
    • Registration fees will be applied during the unit registration. You will have the option to pay online and/or via mail.
    • TO AVOID DELAYS & COMPLICATIONS WITH YOUR CAMPOREE REGISTRATION...
      • All Boy Scouts must be registered with a troop - NOT a family camper group or a Cub Scout pack
      • All Venturers must be registered with a crew - NOT a family camper group or a Cub Scout pack
      • All Webelos, Cub Scouts, Family Campers, and Cub Scout Fun Day attendees must be registered in a pack - NOT a Boy Scout troop or a Venturing crew
  • The final day to add Scouts to your unit's existing registration is March 15 (except Webelos crossovers). All additions will require full payment.
  • Know Which BSA District Your Unit Is Registered Within: If you are not sure which district you are in click here. (Not necessary for non-NCAC units)
  • Site Assignment and Arrival/Departure times: You will be informed of this information by the Registration Staff at least 30 days prior to the Camporee.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the "one-time" nature of this event, extensive planning, and prepaid expenses, all payments received are final. There are no refunds, but fees are transferrable to another individual in the same registering unit (i.e. substitution of Scout for Scout, Adult for Adult, Family for Family) up until February 15, 2010. The person being substituted will be assigned into the same program selection as the person being replaced. Substitutions and additions can only be made online by the unit point of contact.
