Welcome New Colonial District Exectutive Don Kilgore!!!  From Henry Ruempler, Colonial District Chairman:  " I am pleased to announce that Don Kilgore has been named as the new District Executive for Colonial.  Don comes to us well recommended by scouters in the Prince George's County District where he served as the membership executive.  He started his BSA career working in Western Pennsylvania.  Don's tenure officially begins on August 15th, but he will attend tonight's Colonial Roundtable at Aldersgate.  Please join me in welcoming Don to the Colonial District! "
