The Section Conclave is an opportunity for all of the lodges in our Section to come together for brotherhood and fellowship. It is a time to make new friends and celebrate with old friends. For new Arrowmen, this may be their first opportunity to discover the excitement of what being part of the Order can be all about. The weekend will be filled with training sessions, work shops, ceremony competitions, sport competitions, and much more. There will be gatherings and opportunities to help your lodge show its spirit for the Order and Scouting. At the Sunday morning business meeting the awards for the weekend competitions will be presented and the election of the new officers for the coming year will be held.

The conclave is held at the Scout camp of the service lodge. Participants will be housed in typical summer camp tents with cots and eat in the dinning hall.

Members and chapters are encouraged to plan to participate in this annual gathering of lodges. Each lodge is given an allotment as to the number of Arrowmen it can bring to the event. Plan on registering as early as possible to guarantee you will be a part of the action.
