Recruiting from the Troop Perspective:  Recruiting is a skill set that can be taught, both to scouts and to scouters and parents. This course will explore the planning and resources necessary for a successful recruiting effort.  We will look at ten specific steps and the skills and techniques necessary to implement those steps.
