Recognizing the Achieving Cub Scout – Ceremonies, Uniforms and Awards:  Scouting, like life, is a meritocracy; when time, thought, effort and dedication are devoted to accomplishing a goal the right way, and as a consequence that goal is achieved, recognition is inevitable, serving as a further motivator to the recipient and his peers alike.  We will discuss Cub Scout achievement, advancement and service awards and award programs, meaningful and fun award ceremonies, and the Cub Scout uniform, which should constitute a billboard for all that the proud Cub Scout has accomplished.
