Council Program Planning Workshop-Now Feb. 27th

Due to snow this event will  now be held Feb. 27th.
Registration has been reopened through Feb. 25th.

Held annually in February, this is a gathering of district and council volunteers and staff for the purpose of reviewing the programs of the National Capital Area Council (NCAC) (activities, camping, training, etc.) with an eye towards improving our support to units and leaders. 

We'll review this coming year's draft NCAC calendar, which becomes effective June 1, 2010. We'll evaluate the as-yet not attained Program goals of the NCAC Long-Range Strategic Plan. We'll then develop program ideas for the following year (effective June 1, 2011) that will help us meet those strategic goals.

Lastly, we'll evaluate those ideas with a goal of leaving with 5-8 implementable activities, which will be studied and staffed for inclusion in next year's NCAC Program Planning Workshop's draft NCAC calendar.

Cost is only $8.00 and includes coffee and a continental brunch.
