IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THESE GENERAL REGISTRATION "NEED TO KNOW" ITEMS If you're all set and ready to go you can sign up now by clicking the "Register" button below.
Family Online Registration is required and up to three participants may be registered at the same time.
The 3 participants being registered may include any combination of these "Participant Types":
Youth/Boy
Parent/Guardian
Den Chief
The Pack or Den Coordinator should not try to register their entire group themselves. Instead, they should simply send the Cub World Registration link to the families wishing to participate, and encourage them to register for the same 2-night Cub World session.
The Parent/Guardian must know their Pack's number AND the exact dates the Pack or Den plans to attend.
It is the responsibility of the Pack or Den to coordinate which Parent/Guardians will be staying overnight. The Camp Staff will coordinate campsites to ensure that all individual registrations from the same Pack or a Den are grouped together.
The Pack or Den should also plan to have at least one representative attend one of the Cub World Leader Orientation Meetings. For information on the Leader Orientation Meetings Click Here.
Individuals applying for a Campership should contact the council office to inquire about the status of the application prior to paying the full fee. However, everyone should at least register online and pay the deposit fee to lock in a spot. Camperships will not be accepted after April 15, 2009
Visit the Cub World download page for a Leaders Guide, Fact Sheet, Health Forms and other forms.
How will I know my son and I will be placed with our pack/den in the same campsite or traveling group?
Very easy, make sure when you register to have the following information CORRECT as you fill out the required forms; Pack, Session you are attending by date, and your District. The camp staff uses these 3 crucial pieces of data to do information sorts, and thus place you in the same campsite or traveling group.
Pack/Den Coordinators and Leadership may obtain a current roster of attendees representing the pack by contacting Annette Donfor.
Please note: A current list is produced every Tuesday and is available the following Wednesday via email only.
The full fee is due upon registering for an event.
