Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) - Boy Scouts

Prerequisites: YPT, Fast Start, NLE or This is Scouting (all available online at myscouting.org).  The companion classroom course, Boy Scout Leader Specific Training, is also required to be fully Trained, but may be taken later this year.

 

All Leaders should wear their Scout Uniform.

Please bring a chair and a water bottle for class sessions.

Also bring full camping gear for an overnight stay; camping overnight is part of the course.

 

This course will be held at Banshee Reeks Nature Reserve.

Meals will be provided. Please provide any dietary restrictions.

 

There is a $25 registration fee for this course to cover expenses.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded up to 72 hours before the course start date by notifying us at training@goosecreekdistrict.org. After this deadline, your fee is not refundable since course materials will have already been prepared.
