November 2 and 9, 2013
Scouting For Food (SFF) in 2013 is November 2 (bag distribution to the neighborhood) and November 9 (collection of donations and taking to the two drop off sites).
Scouting For Food is an important service project where our scouts from all over the National Capitol Area go out and collect food donations for area food banks. Donations collected in Arlington go to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), which is a big food bank in Arlington. Most donations collected in McLean go to SHARE in McLean.
