Section NE-6A The councils of the Northeast Region have been realigned into new geographic areas. As an integral part of the Boy Scout program the Northeast Region of the Order of the Arrow has reorganized into twelve sections in order to align with the seven new areas effective July 1, 2008. Order of the Arrow section boundaries have changed many times throughout the history of the OA as similar realignments have occurred. For the six lodges in NE-4C, this will involve the creation of a new Area Six with the four lodges south of the Mason-Dixon Line becoming NE-6A and the two lodges in the north joining with three lodges from NE-4A (Wunita Gokhos, Octararo, and Kittatinny) to become NE-6B. In 2011 the sections were realigned with Guneukitschik moving to NE-6B and two lodges moving from NE-5A to NE-6A (Black Eagle and Te'Kening).
