SUBMIT AN ITEM FOR THE SULLY DISTRICT CALENDAR

To have your event added to the Sully District Calendar, please send an email to danielkurtenbach@hotmail.com with the following information in the following order:

• Event title
• Event Begin Date and End Date
• Event Begin Time and End Time
• Is this a one-time event or a recurring event (daily/weekly/monthly)?
• If recurring, what is the recurrence sequence (e.g., the 5th of every month, or the first Tuesday of every second month)
• If recurring, what date does the recurring event stop recurring?
• Web location (URL) for event photographs
• Web location (URL) for further event details
• Contact person's email address
• Additional details about event (text, can be multiple paragraphs, ready to cut-and-paste) such as:
  • Event cost
  • Participants -- who the event or activity is intended for
  • What to bring
  • Directions to the event or activity
  • Event attire (uniform or other dress)
  • Summary (Description and other information about the event, which could include cost center information and registration details)
• Event location street address, city, state, zip code
