Don't get caught without a trained person who can scheduel your Units activities with the county, plan on attending this session.  This training is open to the community, please spread the word and invite them to attend.

Need to use school space?

 The Interagency Coordinating Board for the Community Use of Public Facilities (ICB/CUPF) is the County agency responsible for scheduling after hours and weekend use of County schools. This is a non-tax supported government agency and reimburses Montgomery County Public Schools for all staff, utility, maintenance and custodial supply impacts resulting from community use.

 Accessing school space starts with an application and ends with a permit.  The steps in-between are covered in the new user orientation class (User Education Training), which is conducted every Wednesday, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, except for when the ICB has its quarterly meetings (6/16/10, 9/15/10, 12/15/10). Evening sessions are scheduled quarterly, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm (6/7/10. 9/13/10, 12/6/10, 3/7/11). All sessions are held at 600 Jefferson Plaza, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852. Call 240.777.2706 to reserve a seat. Updates to the schedule, along with an area map are posted at:
