NEW ADULT PERSONAL TRAINING RECORD FORM. Click here for form to get the NCAC Adult Training Update Form for Potomac District. This form is designed to be turned into the District only. Record your training on this form and turn in a copy to your Unit as well as to the Potomac District Training Team. Help your Unit and the District Training Team up date all the training records. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters: You are considered Trained if you have completed Boy Scout Leader Specific Training and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills OR the old SMF. Also requred is Fast Start, Youth Protection & “This is Scouting” (all on-line:myscoutiong.org). “New Leader Essentials” may be substituted for the newer course, “This is Scouting” if previously taken.
